Thanks to the technologies used, you can use XooSent on a wide range of databases.

It's also pretty easy to customize things like issue types, statuses, priorities, by modifying a few xml files

Last but not least, you can easily customize the look of the web UI, thanks to the clean separation between html and java code that Wicket provides.

Despite being only in very early stage of development, XooSent is already multi user friendly, concurrent modifications being properly handled.

Moreover, XooSent is already based on users and roles, and thus users need to be logged in to add issues or comments, and only issue creator or project developer can edit issues.
